SCOOP NEMETH LLC.

Founded by Brian “Scoop” Nemeth launched Colorado Designer Collective in November 2, 2018. It’s located at the Zone Business Connection Center. Along with other retailers at The Zone, Nemeth store space is opened with the sole goal: to sell garments made-in-Colorado created by in-state designers, who sew the garments themselves.

Before Colorado Designer Collective opened in 2018, Nemeth also founded the store’s flagship clothing line - Super Woman Designs - in 2017. Nemeth not only designs the clothes, but he also sew them himself, as does his fellow Colorado designers. He makes a different kind of women’s clothing that takes women from gym, to office, to nightclub, to pool. The clothes are sexy without being too trashy; serves more than one purpose. It’s like if Supergirl went to a phone booth, and she changed from business suit to clubbing clothes, all in seconds! She’s ready to go from one place to the next in little to no time. 

 

His line is geared towards Denver area women ages 18 to 50, this included college-aged women. Every garment only displays two of two of a woman’s assets: bellybutton and legs, especially for women that love to flaunt their bellybutton rings and tattoos.

How CDC helps fellow Colorado Designers

 

Through the development stages of launching his store, Nemeth addressed the need for more inventory at his shop. There are times when he can’t make more of his own inventory (for the flagship Super Woman Designs). Moreover, Nemeth has been to fashion events in the Denver area, not just to showcase his own line. 

 

Nemeth understands the importance of getting clothes made in America. Preferably by Colorado designers who sew the garments themselves, not just design them. Whether at the home sewing studios or at Denver Design Incubator, each Colorado designer doesn’t outsource assembly. 

 

At CDC, Nemeth only carries Colorado designers, who sew the creations themselves, not just design them.
